The TCS System has three components, The TCS server, the dialer and a standard web browser as the user-interface.
Dialer
The dialers are the units that are actually making the test calls (call generator). They are normally connected to a switch with ISDN PRI E1/T1, ISDN BRI or wireless GSM. The dialers are available in different models depending on requirements. The dialers are normally connected to a LAN for communication with TCS server, but it is also possible to have remote dialers with no LAN connection that are communicating with the TCS server over the PSTN and to a LAN connected dialer that act as a router. Telemanagement Server
The server controls all dialers. The server hosts a database for storage of the results and the TCS application that are accessed by the users using a WEB browser.
